CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

We require an experienced Inground Pool Construction Foreman to install and manage our Inground Pool projects. We pride ourselves on high quality workmanship and offering our clients the best customer experience. You must possess a solid understanding in the latest vinyl liner swimming pool construction techniques. You must be very efficient, extremely organized and have the skill set to produce a top quality Inground Pool from start to finish. You will organize the project including scheduling the crew, contacting subtrades and are responsible for completing the project.  You will be hands-on installing the project with the crew and you must posses the ability to motive, train and develop quality people and brings them up in the ranks. You will have at least 5 years experience in building Steel & Vinyl Liner inground pools.

Requirements
At Least 2 Years as a Construction Foreman Apprentice
At Least 5 Years Building Steel & Vinyl Liner Inground Pools
Good physical condition and stamina
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs
Must possess a valid Drivers License
Must have reliable transportation as you will be working at multiple jobsites around the city.
Must have steel toe work boots

Skills
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of swimming pool construction
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Supervise and train team members
Resolve problems when they arise
Ability to communicate and report effectively to owner and clients

$52,000 to $76,000+

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN APPRENTICE

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN APPRENTICE
We are looking to expand our installation department as the demand for our Inground pools in increasing. We require an experienced POOL BUILDER APPRENTICE to train on the path to becoming a CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN with your own crew. Pool experience is an asset, but not required.

You will learn how build a pool from excavation with piles, erecting steel walls, pouring a concrete footing, installing all plumbing, troweling the pool floor and installing the liners and any water features. You will be hands-on installing the project and must be motivated to take on all tasks of inground pool construction. You must be very efficient, extremely organized and have the skill set to take on and lead a crew.

Requirements
5 Years Plus Building Pools - Steel & Vinyl Liner
Good physical condition and stamina
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs
Must possess a valid Drivers License
Must have reliable transportation as you will be working at multiple jobsites around the city.
Must have steel toe work boots

Related Skills
Basic knowledge of all aspects of construction including how to:

· Operate all relevant power tools.
· Use a transit for levelling
· How to square diagonals
· Pouring simple concrete pads
· Experience in troweling
· Experience in PVC plumbing

This is a Seasonal career and a regular season is 8 months from April 1st to November 30th. You will have 4 months off during the winter and you would qualify for Employment Insurance as a seasonal worker. This is typical in our industry and thousands of pool workers have enjoyed this schedule throughout their career.

Once you become a CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN you will be paid on a 12-month salary schedule there will be no layoffs. In addition will qualify for full benefits and will receive milestone bonuses and construction milestones.

Compensation
$25 - $29/hour – Depends on Qualifications
Overtime after 40 hours

INGROUND POOL CREW TECH

We require and Inground Pool Crew Tech for our inground pool construction crew. We pride ourselves on high quality workmanship and offering our clients the best customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in building. You must have experience in all kinds of hand tools and power tools. You understand safety is important and lookout for your other crew members. You are respectful to your supervisor and are motivated of learn new skills. You will be hands-on installing the pools and it this is a physically demanding job and very rewarding.

Requirements
Previous Pool Installation Experience and/or
Previous Relevant Construction Experience
Good physical condition and stamina
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs
Must possess a valid Drivers License
Must have reliable transportation as you will be working at multiple jobsite around the city.
Must have steel toe work boots

Construction Experience Skills
Basic knowledge of all kinds of hand tools and power tools
Any Related construction experience id helpful
