FEATURES
The Odysee II Kidney is a very popular style of kidney pool in Winnipeg. It is an equal ended kidney which means the shallow end and deep end pool width is the same. It is available in a LH or RH version where the curve, standing at the shallow end, curves left or right. There is a hump the middle of the pool that allows for an optional Sunledge or Sunbench. This pool is also know as a Gemini or Aloha in Manitoba. Included is VOS or Vinlt over steps. The steps options are the 8’ VOS Step or Full Width Step across the shalow end. The Odysee II pools have 3’ shallow ends and 7’ or 8’ deep ends.

The client dreamed of a backyard paradise for their family that included a shaped pool, slide and diving board. They also had a extremely sloped yard that was much higher at the street and sloped down to the side yard. It created a challenge and a great opportunity to have privacy from the street. We proposed a tiered approach with the pool sunken about 2’ from the street. We levelled out a flat area about 2’ lower and then excavated the pool. This created a privacy wall with evergreens to blocked sightlines and sound from the street. The client was very please with the outcome. We added extra stamped concrete for patio loungers and space to move around. The 2’ barkman landscape wall was added to retain the soil on the upper landscape level. Typhoon slide in gray granite and the Salt Jump System in gray are a huge hit with the young family. The client upgrade to the Omni Automation System that allows for all pool features to be controlled by the smartphone. This pool includes our “95% Maintenance Free” equipment system; Low Salt Sanitizing, SwimClear all-season long filtration and a Robotic Pool Cleaner.

This Odysee II beauty almost has it all! This includes the 8’ VOS or Vinyl Over Step so they could enjoy a full shallow end. They added a Sunbench in the hump of to sit and enjoy their pool. The Cantilevered Concrete Edge is standard, and they upgraded the concrete perimeter to a Contrasting Border that frames the pool beautifully. They also added a full patio of extra concrete for their outdoor furniture. They added 4 Deck Jets to add excitement and a tranquility with the cascading water. They wanted some fun, so they added a Salt Jump Diving board in grey. One of the best options they added was the Clear Deck. It is a sunken Solar Blanket Roller. Just open the lid and pull out the solar blanket. No above deck roller. The client wanted the Omni app on their smartphone, so we installed the OnmiHub and controllable valves so with a tap of the app, the jets come to life. With the app they also control the heat and the Color Logic Lighting right from the smartphone app as well. This client wanted a large curvy pool and the Odysee II 18’ x 38’ just fit perfectly. The client chose a grey acrylic step for added durability. They added a Sunbench in the hump of to sit and enjoy their pool. The Cantilevered Concrete Edge was chosen in the chiseled style for a premium appearance. The stamped concrete was a beautiful Castlestone. They wanted some fun, so they added a Salt Jump Diving board in grey. This pool includes our standard “95% Maintenance Free” equipment system; Low Salt Sanitizing, SwimClear all-season long filtration and a Robotic Pool Cleaner.

The Straightback Kidney is a perfect pool for any city yard. Typically the straight side is up against the fence and the curve is at the house side. It is available in a LH or RH version where the curve, standing at the shallow end, curves left or right. Included is a VOS (Vinyl Over Step). The steps do protrude outside the perimeter of the pool but that allows for a full shallow end. The other option is an inside Full Width Step, which is very popular. The step is placed along the curve pointing toward the house. These pool have 3’ shallow ends and 7’ or 8’ deep ends.

This straight sided kidney pool fit perfectly and gave the client a perfect patio space for outdoor furniture to enjoy the kids splashing! This large 18’ x 36’ pool includes the upgraded blue color step with a dip-to-pool handrail. It has upgraded Blue Step and Grey Aluminum coping. Included is a 3’ Stamped concrete pool deck. The Barkman pavers were added for extra patio space and they compliment the stamped deck perfectly. The client has small children so the Typhoon slide and Salt Jump Board were the perfect options.. SOUTHDALE - CUSTOM 23x36 LAGOON SPECS
POOL OVERVIEW: The client wanted a deeper shallow end as they have adult children. They wanted a “RESORT DEPTH” when they walked into their pool, and this was accomplished with a 48” panel rather than a 42”. Because of the depth, we designed a custom 4 tread staircase for them to walk into their shallow end. It is called Vinyl Covered Steps and it uses the same vinyl as the pool interior, so it creates a seamless look for the whole pool interior. They also wanted a Sunbench that was facing the sun so they could sit inside their pool and enjoy the sun all day. They also wanted to hear the soothing sounds of a waterfall and have a jump rock. The original elevated wood deck was removed, and we installed different patterns of stamped concrete. The concrete closest to the house was Cedar Plank that mimics real wood and the stamp around the pool was a Old Granite random slate. We also chose a Contrasting Border to frame out the pool, which looks very premium.
